How to Set Up IPTV on a MAG Box

Configure the portal URL on MAG 254, 322, 424 and other MAG set-top boxes in a few minutes.
What you need
- An active subscription or free trial (your login details arrive on WhatsApp and by email)
- A stable internet connection: 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K
Step-by-step setup
- Send us the MAC address printed on the back of your MAG box.
- On the box open Settings > System settings > Servers > Portals.
- Enter a name for Portal 1 and paste the portal URL we send you.
- Save, go back and restart the box. The portal loads with your channels.
Troubleshooting
- Channels do not load: check that the username, password and URL are typed exactly, with no spaces.
- Buffering: restart your router and device, and use a cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi if possible.
